I had the great fortune of meeting HR Giger back in 2006 at his museum in Gruyère Switzerland, at the time I was familiar with his work on Alien and Species but had little knowledge of his influence over horror and bio-mech as an artstyle. Now many years later I find myself frequently getting inspired by his eerie artwork time and time again in my own art, and since it recently was 8 years ago since he died I wanted to tap into it a little, once again. Not only inspired by Giger, this became more of an amalgamation between his art, Niheis' work and Samus Aran.
